In a recent interview with The Guardian, he admitted that as a child, he was “obsessed” with football. He confessed that he once found tennis boring compared to the more popular American sports like football, basketball, and baseball.
“Football, basketball, and baseball were the cooler sports to play in America,” Shelton shared, laughing. “But here we are.”
