The Arkansas State Athletics Department has announced that its third annual A-State Football Kickoff Party is set for Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Embassy Suites of Jonesboro.

This marks the second consecutive year the Kickoff Party will be held at Embassy Suites, following a record-breaking event in 2024 for both attendance and revenue. The 2025 edition will again blend elements of A-State’s traditional preseason banquet and the popular Helmets and Heels program.

- 4:00 p.m. | Silent Auction & Shopping Experience
The festivities begin in the Delta Rice and Delta Blues rooms, featuring a silent auction and local vendors showcasing the latest A-State apparel, gifts, and gear. Guests will enjoy live music by Hayden McClain, performing country, classic rock, soft rock, and more. - 5:30 p.m. | “X’s and O’s” Reception with Coaching Staff
The Delta Cotton rooms will host an exclusive session where attendees can engage with the A-State Football coaching staff for insider insights. - 6:15 p.m. | Dinner Service
Dinner will be served in the Arvest Bank Ballroom, leading up to the evening program. - 6:45 p.m. | Main Program & Live Auction
The program will feature head coach Butch Jones, emcee and “Voice of the Red Wolves” Matt Stolz, and a live auction. Entertainment includes performances by The Sound of the Natural State band, A-State cheer and dance teams, and mascot Howl. - 8:30 p.m. | “Overtime Reception” (Invite Only)
An exclusive Overtime Reception for platinum table sponsors and 1200 CLUB members will be hosted at the Woodard McAlister Family Club in the Johnny Allison Tower of Centennial Bank Stadium.
The A-State Football Kickoff Party continues to grow as a key event leading into the football season, combining fan engagement, community support, and Red Wolves pride.
