The UCF women’s tennis team wrapped up a historic 2025 season ranked No. 21 in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national rankings. This marks the program’s fifth trip to the NCAA Second Round in eight years under director of tennis and head coach Bryan Koniecko.
The Knights secured their spot among the top 25 teams in the country, joining fellow Big 12 regular season champions No. 14 Texas Tech and No. 15 Oklahoma State in the final rankings.
Senior standout Sophia Biolay ended her collegiate career in Orlando with a national singles ranking of No. 119. In doubles, Hannah Rylatt and former Knight Olivia Lincer earned a No. 56 ranking, highlighting a strong year for the program on all fronts.
UCF’s season included several milestones, including the program’s first-ever 7-0 start, a run to the Big 12 Tournament final, and multiple players receiving conference honors.
With national recognition and a strong finish, the Knights have cemented themselves as one of the top programs in collegiate women’s tennis heading into the future.
