South Korea will play their final match in the third round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Asian qualifiers at Seoul World Cup Stadium. The Korea Football Association (KFA) confirmed on Thursday that the game will kick off at 8 p.m. on June 10 in western Seoul.
The match will see the Taegeuk Warriors face Kuwait in what could be a celebratory fixture. Korea currently sit at the top of Group B with 16 points, earned through four wins and four draws. Jordan trails with 13 points, while Iraq is close behind with 12.
Before meeting Kuwait, Korea will play Iraq on June 6 in Basra. If they secure at least a draw in that match, they will book their place in the World Cup finals for the 11th time in a row.
With strong form throughout the qualifiers, South Korea is now just one step away from confirming their trip to the 2026 World Cup.
