French Open Day 11 Recap: Gauff, Djokovic Advance, Boisson Pulls Off Shock Victory

Coco Gauff, seeded No. 2, secured her place in the 2025 French Open semifinals with a hard-fought victory over Madison Keys (7). Gauff triumphed in three sets, 6-7, 6-4, 6-1, and will now face French wild card Loïs Boisson in the semifinals. Boisson caused a major upset earlier in the day, defeating 18-year-old favorite Mirra Andreeva (6) 7-6(6), 6-3 on Court Philippe-Chatrier.

On the men’s side, Novak Djokovic (6) overcame Alexander Zverev (3) in four sets, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4. Djokovic now prepares for a semifinal clash with world No. 1 Jannik Sinner, who won his quarterfinal against Alexander Bublik in three sets.
